How do project counts and rollover work?
Pro 10 includes 10 project creations per billing period. The counter resets at rollover; unused projects do not carry over. Pro Unlimited has no counter.

Can I add my own rates?
Yes – materials, labour, equipment, and markups are all saved defaults you set once and override per project.
