The $99.99 Permit Package Builder
The reason is simple: the PDF package IS the product. Until you export one, you have not received it, and we will refund you in full – just ask through Support. Once you export the package, the product is delivered, and it stays yours to edit and re-export for the rest of your 90-day access.
Extensions and reactivation
The $19.99 / $39.99 extensions and the $29.99 reactivation are non-refundable once applied to a project, because they take effect immediately.
Part 8 Designer Pro
Cancel anytime; your access runs to the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months. On annual plans, if you cancel in the first 30 days and have exported fewer than 2 project PDFs, ask Support for a pro-rated refund and we will sort it out.
Installer plans
Cancel anytime; the listing stays live to the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds. If we remove a listing for false information or expired documents, fees are not refunded.
How to ask
Email Support from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
